breath… out.
i have arrived…
seven weeks
i drove
looked
listened
noticed
played
taught
adventured
drove
and… drove more.
seven weeks
SEVEN! weeks living in the inbetween… the place between moments: the journey west… the congress week of practising, rehearsing, giving concerts, listening to inspiring concerts, hanging with friends… the vancouver island adventures… the journey north… the week of teaching… the drive and the hang until the photo shoot and the next concert… and… the drive home.
it was about being wherever i found myself…
noticing that moment… and into the next…
listening to the vibration of a harp string…
not just the attack of the pluck…
and simply… putting one foot infront of the other
into the between.
i began this photographic blog…
so that i wouldn’t fall asleep
driving the multitude of hours
from the “east”
to the west.
to keep my mind active
alert
thinking
looking
wondering
noticing
listening.
______
and isn’t it ironic that my final blog entry (September 9th) filled my photograph cache to the amount allowed free…
i created this blog for my trip…
and the boundaries of the universe… and blogspot… gave me space for just that.
______
and so
i return as i began…
wondering
exhaling… from the inhale…
wandering in the between…
exhaling… fully…
in preparation for what will float along on the approaching inhalation…
